I asked for double room and it was airy with a very comfortable bed. Everyone was amiable and very helpful as well as owner.
Even though everything was beautiful, some of the staff were a little rude.

The property was in the heart of the city. We booked a fairly quiet and absolutely fabulous room with a very comfortable bed, everything was perfect.

We had a brilliant stay during our visit.
Clean hotel, and the staff were amiable and very very helpful, location was ideal to square. Location: the venue was very close to the centre, Kenmare great, and Casey's restaurant for live music. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Atlantic Bar.

Absoluteley dismal decor, with stained carpets and spider webs making it look like a horror movie set. I completely expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but was cherishably ignored, so rude! The breakfast was pathetic-stale bread and cold butter were a highlight. I just couldn't bring myself to give even a decent review after that!

missingWrote a review on 19 Octspace-savingcomfortable roompoor cleanliness
Comfortable room layout with great space-saving solutions, especially liked the smart tea/coffee area.
The hotel shows its age. Rooms are small and a bit cramped. Decor felt cheap and dismal, carpets stained, lighting dim with spider webs present, and general cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom had a pubic hair upon arrival, and the damp smell was off-putting. Breakfast offerings were very basic, and the bread seemed past its prime.

Solo traveler heaven
The breakfast was great, with strong French press coffee that really hit the spot after a long night out.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but given the quality of service, I'd say it was acceptable.

Charming ambience upgraded with the lovely decor created a cozy inviting atmosphere. The breakfast featured a fantastic range of choices, with the full Irish being notably delicious. The room felt a bit cramped for two, especially with luggage, made moving around somewhat challenging. While the peaceful location was appreciated, the distance from local attractions required planning for excursions.
